Conditions of Use

It is your responsability to understand the following terms. If you're not sure about something, please contact me, and I'll do my best to help you.

General Terms (apply to any product)

The products that are offered or sold through the Graphic Boutique have been made by myself, Corinne Stoppelli (2003-2007). Some of them have been realized using properly licensed material. I retain the ownership for each product of the Graphic Boutique.

By purchasing a product, you get a license to use it. You can use any product (except free products, see below) for commercial or/and personal projects. Licenses are not transferable and will not be refunded.

The products may not be redistributed in their original form (wether sold or offered). They have to be integrated in your own creations, and may not be extractible in their original form. Creating any duplicata of a product, such as tubes, brushes, or other forms of copies is considered to be redistribution.

You may not sell printed merchandise (i.e. such as mugs, tee-shirts, postcards, etc) featuring a product in its original form. Selling such merchandise is only allowed if your derivative work is original enough. If you're not sure, please don't hesitate to contact me.

For purchased products, you do not have to link back or give credit to the Graphic Boutique, even if its highly appreciated, of course !

Free Products

Free Products have special terms of use.

You have to link back to the Graphic Boutique (http://www.graphic-boutique.com) on every page the Free Product is used. For use on printed material (please see below for allowed uses) a © Graphic Boutique notice has to be visible on each printed item. Those who had previously linked the ExileDesigns website do not need to change their notices.

You cannot use any Free Product in commercial works. If needed, you can purchase a 5$ license (see below for details) for use in commercial works.

Using Free Products for commercial purposes

You can purchase, for a single 5$, a license to use a Free Product of your choice in your commercial works. One license is valid for one product.

To do so, add this license to the cart. During the checkout, please add into the Comments field the name of the Free Product you're willing to license.

By doing this :

• You do not need to linkback or give credit to the Graphic Boutique anymore
• You can use a complete Free Product in your commercial projects

Poser Products

General terms also apply to Poser Products.

You may use any of the purchased Poser Products for your commercial or personal renders and animations. You can produce tubes and clipart using those renders.

Web Templates

Templates purchased may be used to display text / information on commercial or personal websites. They may not be resold, entire or in part. They are meant to be used as is.

You are free to modify the texts, colours or graphics on a template, if you have proper knowledge to do so. However, please note that any technical help will be submitted to my hourly fee.

You can order Custom Titles for a 3$ fee per title (to be paid upfront).

If you purchase an Extended License, you can get up to five title (header) personalizations and you can remove the credit in the footer. But you still can't claim the template to be yours, of course.

You can purchase a template for Exclusive use : this will guarantee that you will be the last person to download and use this template. If you're interested in purchasing any template exclusively, please contact me.
